Land Tenure Improvement
LTI is the major program service of DAR. It is the acquisition and distribution of agricultural lands to landless farmers and farmworkers. It also resolves second generation problems of lands in the agrarian reform areas.

Program Beneficiaries Development
- Establishment of viable agrarian reform communities (ARCs)
- and special agrarian reform communities (SARCs);
- Strengthening of the social infrastructure and ARB capacity building;
- Facilitation and enhancement of ARBs' access to economic and physical infrastructure support services, including pre- and post production extension and marketing services and basic social services.
